Problem:
You are trying to create a new popup using JetPopup from Crocoblock and WPML, but the page fails to load. After reloading, a new number appears, but the popup does not show in the list.
Solution:
If you're experiencing this issue, we recommend you navigate to WPML > Support > Troubleshooting. Once there, try clicking all the buttons shown in this screenshot: https://prnt.sc/rqcSNCt3DVLY. This action should resolve the bug related to language assignment, allowing your pop-ups to display correctly.

Please note that this solution might be outdated or not applicable to your specific case. We highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If the problem persists, please open a new support ticket.

Hi, we have a problem with JetPopup from Crocoblock and WPML. We want to create a new popup but the page completely fails to load. After reloading the list, you can see that another number has been added, but the popup does not show in the list.

The issue is now fixed, it turns out there was a bug in the language assignage, I fixed it from WPML > Support > troubleshooting and tried all the following buttons:

Your pop-ups are now showing fine,
