This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client is trying to use automatic translation credits on their website after a site migration, but WPML indicates there are not enough credits, despite there being sufficient credits in their WPML.org account.

Solution:
1. We recommend checking the Automatic Translation Usage Report by navigating to WPML > Translation Management > Tools tab to see the used credits on the site.
2. If the credits are not displayed, assign more credits from the WPML.org account to the site by following the documentation: How to assign automatic translation credits to your sites.
3. If the issue persists, it may be related to the sitekey not working correctly after the migration. In this case, follow these steps:
- Visit the Registered sites page on your WPML.org account and delete the sitekey for https://msg-life.sk/.
- In the WordPress admin area, go to Plugins > Add new > Commercial tab, unregister the site, and then re-register with a new sitekey.
- Assign the credits to the site again.
Refer to the documentation for unregistering and registering the site: Unregister WPML and Register WPML.

Hi Milan,

Thank you for contacting WPML support, I'd be happy to help you with this issue.

Checking on our server, I see that you are using prepaid credits on the site hidden link. In Jan 2024, you assigned 25k credits from your WPML.org account to the site and used credits to translate content.
Currently, there are 302 credits available. I think it's not enough to translate a post/page which has many texts in the content.

You can go to WPML > Translation Management > Tools tab > Automatic Translation Usage Report to check the used credits on the site.
To translate more content, please assign more credits from WPML.org to the site, following the documentation https://wpml.org/documentation/automatic-translation/how-to-assign-automatic-translation-credits-to-your-sites/

If you don't see any credits in WPML > Translation Management > Tools tab, please let me know and share a screenshot of this page.

Look forward to your reply.
Thanks

Hello can you assign from our credits to domain msg-life.sk credits? In WPML org account we do have 23000 credits, but in WPML administration we have 300 only. Thanks

Hello again, so we tried all options on our side and when we click assign credits in wmlp site to the domain msg-life.sk. In wpml.org site management credits are assigned, but it is not updating the credit in WordPress administration. Can you take a look on this issue? Thanks

Hi,

I think there is an issue when you move the site and the sitekey is not working correctly. Please try to follow some steps below and recheck the credits:
- Go to WPML.org account > Registered sites page https://wpml.org/account/sites/
- Delete the sitekey of the site hidden link
- Go to your site admin area > Plugins > Add new > Commercial tab > Unregister and re-register the site with a new sitekey.
- Then assign credits from WPML.org to the site again.

Refer documentation
https://wpml.org/faq/install-wpml/#unregister
https://wpml.org/faq/install-wpml/#register

Look forward to your reply.
Thanks
