This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client is experiencing issues with the automated translation feature on their site, which is not working because they have used up all their assigned translation credits.
Solution:
We recommend checking the number of credits available on your WPML account. If you have exhausted your credits, you can either assign more credits to your site or opt for the Pay-as-you-go option. Detailed instructions on managing credits and signing up for Pay-as-you-go can be found here:

Additionally, you can watch these instructional videos on how to assign credits and enable the Pay-as-you-go option:

After assigning credits, you can send content for automatic translation by following the guides here:

If this solution does not apply to your case, or if it seems outdated, we highly recommend checking related known issues, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If further assistance is needed, please open a new support ticket.

Hi,

This ticket has been inactive for quite a while. I didn't get a reply from you. So, I've transformed this chat into a support ticket because you may still need our help.

Since your last reply in the chat, I added the following information that includes two videos on how you can assign credits to your site from your wpml.org account and how you can register for the Pay-as-you-go option. This is what I wrote in the chat.

I recorded a video for you so you can see how to assign automatic translation credits from your wpml.org account to your site. Please watch it here:

I also have a video for you on how to enable the Pay-as-you-go option. Please watch it here: hidden link.

After you have credits assigned to your site, you can send them for automatic translation by following these guides.

Please let me know if you have any further questions.
