Hi
I opened a ticket yesterday and closed it thinking it was solved, as I had not remembered to increase the WP memory limit.
We have now fixed that, and some of the translations went through.

But this morning, we still have some wheels turning and translation not finishing. It is only on this website.

Could you please help?
Thanks
Regards,

Hi,

Thank you for contacting the support.

First of all I'd recommend checking if there's any error being produced in your site, you can enable debugging and check again. See https://wpml.org/documentation/support/debugging-wpml/ for details.

Then, can you see if there's any notable message or error on Translation Management dashboard? Can you take a screenshot and share please?

Also, can you try cancelling those jobs and send again? Sometimes due to a network outage or a conflict, a process may be stuck. Cancelling and sending again helps in this case.

You can either cancel the jobs from Translation Management (https://wpml.org/documentation/translating-your-contents/#how-to-cancel-translation-jobs) or can go to WPML -> Support -> Troubleshooting and scroll down to more than half of the page and click "Cancel in-progress automatic jobs".

Please let me know and I'll try my best to help you further on the matter.

Regards.
