Background of the issue:
I just purchased WPML and am trying it for the first time. I initiated auto translations to 4 other languages for my site hidden link before selecting/de-selecting the auto translation services. I only want to translate using DeepL for now.

Symptoms:
I may have used up much of my translation credits for services I did not need.

Questions:
Did I use up all the credits for the other translation services as well?
Is there a way to reset the translations to start over and reset my translation credits?

Hi there.

I will try to answer all the questions below.

1. From what I can see, you used a total of 5122 credits (from which 2000 credits were offered by us for free).

So, from the total of 90k credits that your subscription comes with, only 3122 credits were used.

There should be a total of 86878 credits left, and you should see them here:
https://wpml.org/account

2. Also, please note that we cannot refund translation credits that have already been used. This policy is detailed in our documentation, which you can find here: https://wpml.org/faq/can-i-get-a-refund-for-automatic-translation-credits/.

Please note that we pay for these credits upfront, so once they are used, the payment to the translation engine service has already been made by us.

3. You can see how to change translation engines (for example, leaving just DeepL active) from here:
https://wpml.org/documentation/automatic-translation/how-to-change-automatic-translation-engines/

4. To retranslate already translated content, you can go to WPML > Translation Management > and re-send content for automatic translation:
https://wpml.org/documentation/automatic-translation/#how-to-use-wpmls-automatic-translation

I hope that you will find this information helpful.
