WPML still unregisters itself. I always add a registration to the site, but it lasts temporarily. An outdated version was displayed in the WPML administration, after deleting the website, the current versions of plug-ins were displayed. It did not affect the deregistration. |

Hello, Welcome to the WPML support forum. I will do my best to help you to resolve the issue. I am consulting about this with our Systems team. We would like to verify the WPML Installer Log to track the issue. Please try the following steps to get the Installer log and share it with us. 1) Open this URL in a browser after login to the site - hidden link (replace hidden link with actual Site URL) If you can paste your Installer log to http://pastebin.com/index.php and provide me that link it would be great! (This is the cleanest way because sometimes the logs are long and create a complete mess of discussion). -- Bigul |

Hello, Thank you for the details. Because of the following error in the Installer log we would like to debug the issue further. Installer could not fetch subscription data for wpml. Error message: Invalid site key for the current site. subscription-fetching Please enable the WordPress Debug log. Visit this page for instructions https://wpml.org/documentation/support/debugging-wpml/ To enable it, open your wp-config.php file and look for define(‘WP_DEBUG’, false);. Change it to: // Enable WP_DEBUG mode define( 'WP_DEBUG', true ); // Enable Debug logging to the /wp-content/debug.log file define( 'WP_DEBUG_LOG', true ); // Disable display of errors and warnings define( 'WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY', false ); @ini_set( 'display_errors', 0 ); In this case, the errors will be saved to a debug.log log file inside the */wp-content/* directory. Then try the following steps and make sure the issue is existing or not. 1) Visit WPML.org>>My Accounts>>Sites If the issue exists, please check you are getting any errors or warning related to WPML in the Debug log file. If you can paste your debug.log to http://pastebin.com/index.php and provide me that link it would be great! (This is the cleanest way because sometimes the logs are long and create a complete mess of discussion). -- Bigul |

I set everything, but the log file is not created. I created it manually, but no data will be saved. WPML is registered again. I just don't know how long. |

Hello, Thank you for the updates. The Debug.log file will be only updated when there is a warning or notice or error. Most probably it will be a one time issue(WPML unregister). We will wait for your feedback. -- Bigul |

Hello, Thank you for the Installer log information. I have shared the details with our team now. We have one more request. Please add the following code in *wp-config.php* file and check the issue is happening again or not. define( 'OTGS_INSTALLER_SITE_KEY_WPML', 'your-site-key' ); Please use your actual site key instead of *your-site-key* in the sample code. -- Bigul |

After inserting the code, WPML is still unregistered. When you try to register, you will see: Site-key was set by OTGS_INSTALLER_SITE_KEY_WPML, most likely in wp-config.php. Please remove the constant before attempting to register. |

Hello, We have released a new version of WPML(4.3.16). It has included the fix for the issue. So please upgrade to the latest version after a full site backup and make sure the issue is existing or not. Please note, may you have to visit Plugins>>Add New>>Commerical tab and click on *Check for updates* button to get the upgrade links. This step will help us refresh the installer caches. Now WPML is releasing as a batch in the first few days of the release. So the upgrade notice will be visible only to a few of the customers. The count will increase each day. It will help us handle the situation easily incase of any bugs in the release. -- Bigul |
