Tell us what you are trying to do?
I'd like to use the translation credits we have from the beginning for our website.
We moved the host of our website from AWS to Kinsta. We were able to paste the key, but the translation credits didn't get transferred and your blog suggests that you would be able to reconnect the sites to the credits.
Is there any documentation that you are following?
See screenshot below
Is there a similar example that we can see?
See screenshot below
What is the link to your site?
Live site: hidden link
Staging site: hidden link

Hello,

Welcome to the WPML support forum. My name is Nicolas and I will be happy to help you today.

I can see in our system that your site has been registered several times. I have merged them. Now, you should be able to see those credits on your site.

If you don't see the credits immediately, you can go to "Plugins > Add new > Commercial (tab)" and click on "Check for updates". This will force a new connection to your WPML account.

Please let me know if the issue is solved.

Nico

Hi Nico,

Thank you for helping me recovering the translation credits. Our team determined that we need to work on the translations on the staging, rather than the translation site. Would it be possible to transfer the credits to the staging site, since I believe with our license we are allowed more than one site: hidden link

Thank you for your help,
Daniela

Hi Daniela,

You can easily remove credits for one site and then assign them to the other one.
Here is the full tutorial: https://wpml.org/documentation/automatic-translation/how-to-assign-automatic-translation-credits-to-your-sites/
In your case you need to start by removing your credits (section 2) before adding them to the other site (section 1).

Another option would be to share credits between sites. We also have a documentation for that: https://wpml.org/documentation/automatic-translation/automatic-translation-subscription-for-multiple-sites/

Don't hesitate if you have further questions after reading both documentation.
