Problem: The client was unable to translate ticket descriptions for recurring events using the Events Manager plugin, despite the plugin being marked as compatible with WPML. The issue persisted for years, and previous workarounds suggested by the WPML support team were not effective, especially after plugin updates.
Solution: We have identified a workaround for the issue with translating recurring event tickets in the Events Manager plugin. Our compatibility team has also reached out to the plugin author to discuss integrating this fix permanently. To resolve the issue, please follow the steps provided in the Errata:

I need to translate ticket description and I know that there is no way to do it automatically, even using all workaround your colleagues have suggested me in the past, to do it manually, but i need you help to solve this
I checked the entire conversation you had with my colleague Noman and understood the issue. In order to remove the Hourglass, here's what I've done:
- Disconnected the translated event from the default event.
- After that, I went to String Translation and deleted the strings that were showing the icon.
- Once done, I saved the default Event.
In this way, the ticket strings reappeared in the String translation without the Hourglass icon. You can translate them first and then manually translate the Event to English again.

I cancelled all events created by WPML support first
I disconnected the event but once I checked the strings, the hourglass was not there, pencil instead
I cancelled the translated event
I cancelled the string
I translated the event once again using WPML and translated field was filled in already
No translation on fronthead

Main language is ITA but if you check string translation, it seems that the language in ENG. Hourglass is there.
I think that there is a main bug when the main language of a site is not ENG.

Upon review, I noticed that the workaround provided in that earlier ticket was not implemented on your site. After applying the previously suggested code fix, I noticed that the Event Tickets still did not display in the translated form.
To delve deeper, I replicated the setup in my development environment and adjusted the settings as specified, yet the Tickets remained untranslated. It appears there's an underlying mechanism that's blocking the translation of ticket details into other languages.
To thoroughly investigate this, I've escalated the matter to our development team for their insight and resolution. As soon as I have any update from them, I will inform you.
Our compatibility team has looked into the issue, and I'm pleased to let you know that a workaround is now available. Additionally, we have contacted the author of the Event Manager plugin to discuss a permanent integration of this fix into the plugin.
Please implement the workaround mentioned in the Errata below and check if you're getting the expected result.
I've also tested this workaround in my development environment and confirmed that the tickets for recurring events are displaying correctly in the translated versions. I hope you find this solution effective for your site as well.
