Hi Bobby,
Thanks for contacting WPML support, I will be glad to help you.

I checked the site and found the "Site Moved or Copied - Action Required" banner in your admin dashboard. This means that WPML detected a change in the site URL, could you please tell me if this is a copy of your production site or if it was migrated from another location?

Please check this guide for more details: https://wpml.org/documentation/translating-your-contents/advanced-translation-editor/using-advanced-translation-editor-when-you-move-or-use-a-copy-of-your-site/

As mentioned in the guide, you need to Specify if your site has moved or if it’s a copy to ensure that the Advanced Translation Editor knows what to do with pending translations, translation memory, and existing URLs and permalinks.

After selecting one of the two options, please check if you can access "Translation Management" and mapping default language.

Please note that we can handle one issue per ticket for better support. I've created a new ticket for the other issues you mentioned as they could be related. We can continue the discussion here: https://wpml.org/forums/topic/split-the-translation-and-the-language-flag-disappeared/

Let me know please if that helps.

Regards,
Mohamed

Checked all, all allright. We had some test installations a few weeks back. The issue's are there for a while. Some time ago we contacted wpml for it, but nothing is solved.

So i contact wpml again as we now have a new design/template, it would be nice if everything is working again.

I checked the site again and the WPML banner "Site Moved or Copied - Action Required" is still there (Please check the attached screenshot).

- If this is your production/live site, please select "I moved the site to this new URL".

- If it's one of the staging/test installations, please select "This is a copy of my original site".

Regarding the issue with translations, please check my reply on the other ticket here: https://wpml.org/forums/topic/split-the-translation-and-the-language-flag-disappeared/
