This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client is experiencing an issue where the menu on their website does not display the translated language after translating their site from English to Spanish.
Solution:
If you're experiencing this issue, we recommend you try the following steps:
1. Ensure that the menu pages/categories are translated and published in the secondary language (Spanish).
2. After translating the menu pages into the secondary language, please make sure to sync the menu to include the translations by following these steps:
- Go to WPML >> WP Menu Sync page and press the Sync button.
- Select all the menu items and press the “Apply Changes” button.
- Complete the translation of custom menu links (if there are any).
- After translating the custom links, go to WPML >> WP Menu Sync page and press the Sync button again.
3. Once the menu has been synced, you can manage the secondary language menu by going to Appearance > Menus, where you can customize the menu further if needed.
For more detailed instructions, please visit the WPML documentation on translating menus.

If this solution does not resolve your issue, or if it seems outdated or irrelevant to your case, we highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. Hi,

Thank you for contacting WPML Support. I visited your website, but I only see the English language flag at the moment, so I couldn’t switch to the Spanish version to check further. To resolve the issue with your translated menu not displaying, please follow the steps below:

1. Ensure that the menu pages/categories are translated and published in the secondary language (Spanish).

2. After translating menu pages into secondary language, please make sure to Sync the menu to include the translations by following these steps::
2.1. Go to WPML >> WP Menu Sync page and press the Sync button.
2.2. Select all the menu items and press the “Apply Changes” button.
2.3. Please make sure to complete the translation of custom menu links(if there are any).
2.4. After translating the custom links, go to WPML >> WP Menu Sync page and press the Sync button again.

3. Once the menu has been synced, you can manage the secondary language menu by going to Appearance > Menus. From there, you can customize the menu further if needed.

Here is a doc for more details:
https://wpml.org/documentation/getting-started-guide/translating-menus/#easy-customizable-wp-menus-sync

Please try these steps and let me know if this resolves the issue or if you need further assistance. I’ll be happy to help!

Thank you

Hi again,
Thank you so much, that resolved my issue, and my menu is working now.
Now, I can't find anything about buttons translation, as an example, I have the 2 buttons in the upper menu: Book Online, and, Price List, on my website:
Plantationmedspa.com

Do you have a document you can share to explain how to do this?

Thanks,
Chadi
