Not able to translate the chinese to english

euliceC	Tell us what you are trying to do? I try to translate the 订阅 and 电子地址 to english. I have install MailChimp WPML... still the word not available in string translation. Is there any documentation that you are following? Yes. Is there a similar example that we can see? What is the link to your site? hidden link

Some string coming from plugins should be available for translation in "WPML > String Translation". 2. If you can modify/change those strings in your WordPress dashboard (under the plugin menu), then those strings are probably considered as "Texts in admin screens". In that case: - Go to "WPML > String Translation" and scroll down at the bottom left to click on "Translate texts in admin screens" - On the next page, search for that text - Select it (checkbox on the left) and click on "Add to String Translation" - Go back to "WPML > String Translation" and translate it Here is our full documentation to help you find strings: https://wpml.org/documentation/getting-started-guide/string-translation/finding-strings-that-dont-appear-on-the-string-translation-page/

I will activate a private field for your next answer where you can provide that information safely (this field is only visible by you and the support team). Don't share your own admin account, create a new one that you will delete when we finish troubleshooting. IMPORTANT: Before we proceed, please backup your site and database.

Your Form is not translated in "WPML > Translation Management". I made a short video because they are other parameters to take into consideration - The form is registered in English and you can translate it in Chinese. - So you should first change those texts and add them in English - You should have a translator "English > Chinese" - Then you can translate it and those texts will be present in the translation editor Video: hidden link Documentation: https://wpml.org/documentation/related-projects/mailchimp-for-wordpress-multilingual/

As you can see on the screenshot, you didn't use the correct double quote to open the placeholder value. I corrected it and retranslated the field (that appears now without quotes in the translation editor). PS: I copy/pasted the Chinese translation from our conversation, but please review it because I don't speak Chinese.
