Hi,

My user installed and edited some translations.

I already added the other users as a "Translators". They are admin too on this website. But when they logged, they only see two pages on "translations" WPML tab.

They are "translators" on WPML and "admin" on site. How can I give them access to all documents and translations?

Hmmm

If you try to resend the older jobs through Translation Management again, can they then see the translation jobs?

It may be that they were added as translators after the jobs were created.

Hi Yvette,

I sent the jobs for translation again but still not showing the pages to all users... Can you see it please?
And now, some pages when try to translate are showing a critical error...

Could you please provide access to your system (wp-admin and ftp) so that I can further investigate this particular problem? Yvette for security reasons, I can't give you these accesses.
What I suggest is to organize a meeting and we share the screen. Is that possible?

Sorry - no that is not possible.

Can you setup a staging site and see if the problem happens there? Then we can work on that site?
