Background of the issue:
I am working on a site under development and I am using WPML. I noticed that our subscription is up for renewal in January 2025. We currently pay monthly for translations as we use them.

Symptoms:
I noticed that the renewal is listed at €74, and I am unsure if we need to pay this amount since we already pay monthly for translations.

Also, ple<see help with the other issue.

Questions:
- I noticed that the renewal is listed at €74, and I am unsure if we need to pay this amount since we already pay monthly for translations.

- How can I give our designer temporary access to our WPML account?

Hi,

Thank you for contacting WPML support!

WPML's subscription renewal and automatic translation credits are separate services.

WPML Subscription Renewal fee provides access to plugin updates, support, and new features. Even if you pay monthly for translations, maintaining an active subscription ensures your WPML plugin remains up-to-date and supported.

Automatic Translation Credits cover the cost of translating your content. They are billed separately from the subscription fee.

As for temporary access to its account, do you mean this?

However, your designer doesn't need direct access to WPML's account to work on translations. You can allocate translation credits to your website, and the designer can manage translations directly within your WordPress dashboard. This setup allows them to perform necessary tasks without accessing your WPML account.

If you have further questions or need assistance with WPML, feel free to ask!

Bruno Kos
