Background of the issue:
I am trying to fix the menu on my website. The issue can be seen on this page: hidden link
Symptoms:
Some of the menu items are gone on the translated version. I expected to see 8 menu items, but instead, I got 4. The missing items are not even in the source HTML.
Questions:
Why are some menu items missing in the translated version?
How can I restore the missing menu items?
Thank you for contacting WPML Support. I can see the issue on your site, could you please follow the below steps and let me know how it goes:
1. Please make sure the menu pages/categories are translated into secondary language.
2. After translating menu pages into secondary language, please make sure to translate the menu into secondary language from Appearance >> Menu page Or you may Sync the menu by following the below steps:
2.1. Go to WPML >> WP Menu Sync page and press the Sync button.
2.2. Select all the menu items and press the “Apply Changes” button.
2.3. Please make sure to complete the translation of custom menu links(if there are any).
2.4. After translating the custom links, go to WPML >> WP Menu Sync page and press the Sync button again.
