Hello,

I have checked your issue with the footer, you have also not translated any menu or widgets.

1) Please translate your footer menus:

- https://wpml.org/documentation/getting-started-guide/translating-menus/#option-2-translating-menus-manually

2) Create widgets for each language, add the correct title for that language and choose the correct translated menu.
