If about the license. Yes, you can use the CMS package both for the production and your staging sites. But please note that WPML won’t allow you to register more than 3 domains (with the CMS package) but registration is required only to receive (and do) automatic updates directly from your WP dashboard. You can always unregister one of these and register again. No problem.
If you are asking about transferring the content, you will need to use a plugin such as Duplicator (or move the database and files manually).

As long as you have funds on your card/PayPal, when the time comes (after a year) WPML will try to charge you $59 and will automatically renew your account (which means access to future releases and our support forum). You can cancel your subscription any time, simply visit your WPML account and locate the Cancel button and we won’t try to charge you again and you will be able to use WPML account to the end of the period for which you have already paid.

I tried loco translate to translate dokan professional plugin, but some words are missing in POT. file and some words are not showing in Korean even after I translated. if I understand you correctly, you need to translate something to a specific language, not to provide in two languages, right? WPML make your site available in more than one language. WPML it’s not a solution for you. If some of the words are not appearing in your POT file, please use a software such as Poedit and pull all the strings that need translation from your source file and then translate. You will find tutorials on the net.

WPML doesn’t have any geolocation features. But it has an option to detect the user language set in his/her browser. But this option is disabled by default and you may use it but we don’t recommend relying only on it since it might prevent search engines (such as Google) from indexing your site properly. We recommend using a language switcher and make it easy to be noticed.
Please note that If your site has a good quality translation made by humans, it will attract organic traffic directly in the langue the user was performing his/her search.

I am interested in trying WPML for our multilingual website. We have been using Transposh for over five years, but it’s becoming a little unwieldy. WPML seems like a great solution, however we have some complex requirements for our translation system. The biggest hurdle that I’ve come across while searching for a new solution is that we offer side-by-side translations on certain posts and pages. This is something that we want to continue doing.
WPML seems extensible, do you think it’d be possible for us to use the existing API to get the original post content while viewing a translated page and modify the DOM to show the content side-by-side?
Here is an example of one of our pages that demonstrates what I’m asking about.
Additionally, we want to make sure that each translated post/page has it’s own unique URL for SEO purposes, appropriate hreflang tags are added, and that it’s easy to manage the translations themselves for our content editors. We don’t need any automatic translations, we do our own manual translating in-house.

Yes, WPML works completely differently from qTranslate. Each page will have content in one language and pages are connected as translations. Facebook will have no issues showing content that you create with WPML.

I guess I have already answered this question. There is a lot of work to be done/set up in your WP backend when you use WPML and WPML cannot be used without access to standard WP backend.
