WordPress 6.7 has introduced a new issue that impact translations, please update WooCommerce and WPML to the latest versions before you report issues. More about this here - https://wpml.org/errata/php-error-wp-6-7-notice-function-_load_textdomain_just_in_time-was-called/
Can we then focus on ACF blocks and links not always being translated. This is via automatic translations
2. ACF blocks are intermittently translated. Some are and some are not no pattern to it
3. Links in ACF block so are not being translated but some are. Have installed and run sticky links a couple of months ago and this seem to sort some after running a scan but come back to project now so further investigating. Running a Stick Link scan again now but no new pages so not sure why it did work before. But even in a single ACF block in same content section 1 link is translated but the other is not. Some are just in WYSWG fields, some are in link fields. I have noticed some have got GET parameters in the URL could this be the issue and if so is there a workaround to make this work?
By default Link and URL field are set to "copy", while WYSIWYG is set to "translate" so this could explain why some links are translated and others aren't.
We are using expert mode and eveerything is set to translate or copy once. The intermittent translation extends to the same page translations but DE will have translated links and everything but the NL version wont. This is links and text which are in a 1 WYSWYG ACF field in a block. Most of which is in a WYSWYG. They are identical but for some reason 1 version is translated and the other isnt or is only partially.
I did a small change to the English page and send the page again for translation. Now the links are all fixed.
The only one who is still pointing to en-gb is the Finance one, but that page is not translated in German.
Also please note that "Past project" link was wrong as it was pointing to hidden link. The configured permalink structure in Settings > Permalink is /%category%/%postname%/ and that's why it wasn't translating.
I changed the link to hidden link, sent the page again for translation and now it works fine.
Please notice that all the links inside the text/image blocks are added *manually* so if you change the permalink structure you need to edit them manually.
