Problem:
You were trying to access the Add/remove credits page on the WPML account page for your website, but the option/button was not clickable.
Solution:
The issue occurred because:
1. You have zero credits in your account.
2. There are no available credits on the site.
To resolve this, you need to either purchase more prepaid credits or register for our Pay-as-you-go option, which is generally more cost-effective for automatic translations. Background of the issue:
I was attempting to click on Add/remove credits for the website hidden link on the WPML account page.

Symptoms:
When trying to access the Add/remove credits page, I expected to see the page but instead, nothing appeared.

Questions:
Why does the Add/remove credits page not appear when I attempt to access it?
Is there a specific setting or requirement I am missing to view the Add/remove credits page?

Before turning the chat into a ticket, I wrote the following.

The button to add or remove credits is inactive because:

A. You have zero (0) credits in your account.
B. There are no available credits on the site.

You must purchase more prepaid credits or register for our Pay-as-you-go option. Pay-as-you-go is the preferred automatic translation payment option. It is also usually a more affordable option.
