I have issue with the convention chinese to english

euliceC	Tell us what you are trying to do? I try translate the chinese value to english value, I have check on string translate module, but the word not there, what should I do? Is there any documentation that you are following? No Is there a similar example that we can see? What is the link to your site? hidden link

I will try my best to assist you in this matter. I have checked the Newsletter form and found that it is added using the "MailChimp for WordPress" plugin. In order to translate the forms created using MC4WP, you need to install and activate the "MailChimp Multilingual" plugin, as mentioned here: https://wpml.org/documentation/related-projects/mailchimp-for-wordpress-multilingual/ Please install the plugin and then try to translate the form by following the documentation I shared above. Prosenjit Barman WPML Supporter since 03/2023 Languages: English (English ) Timezone: Asia/Dhaka (GMT+06:00)	Hi There, As the Mailchimp Multilingual plugin was installed after creating the signup form, you need to update the form again so that the form appears for Translation in the "WPML > Translation Management" section. Please follow the steps mentioned below. - Go to "MC4WP > Form" - Open the signup form in the editor and make any changes to the form. Save the changes. - Check the page where you've integrated the form and make sure that the changes are showing properly. - Now, please follow the instructions mentioned here[ https://wpml.org/documentation/related-projects/mailchimp-for-wordpress-multilingual/#translating-your-forms ] and complete the translation of the form.
