This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client is unable to find the option to edit the header menu text for translated languages on their WordPress site using Elementor.
Solution:
If you're experiencing difficulty in editing the header menu text for different languages, we recommend the following steps:
1. Navigate to WPML >> WP Menu Sync page and click the Sync button.
2. Select all the menu items and click the Apply Changes button.
3. Ensure that you have completed the translation of custom menu links.
4. Return to the WPML >> WP Menu Sync page and press the Sync button again.
If the problem persists:
1. Go to Appearance >> Menus page.
2. Select the header menu.
3. Click on the secondary language icon to open the secondary language menu.
4. Ensure the menu items are correctly translated in the secondary language and press the Save Menu button.

Thank you for contacting WPML Support. I visited your website, and I noticed that menu text is added from Appearance >> Menus using menu custom links. To translate the menu items, please follow the below steps:

1. Go to WPML >> WP Menu Sync page and press the Sync button.
2. Select all the menu items and press the “Apply Changes” button.
3. Please make sure to complete the translation of custom menu links.
4. After translating the custom links, go to WPML >> WP Menu Sync page and press the Sync button again.

If the issue persists, please try to follow the below procedure:

1. Go to the Appearance >> Menus page.
2. Choose the header menu.
3. Click on the secondary language icon to open up the secondary language menu.
4. Please make sure the menu items are translated correctly in secondary language and press the Save Menu button.

Would it be possible to simply edit the menus on Appearance >> Menus?

Because at the moment I cannot select any header menu Appearance >> Menus.

Got it. Did the menu sync and got the option to edit on Appearance >> Menus.
