Hi there, Would you please go to WordPress Dashboard > Products > Attirbues and from the top admin bar change the language to the translated one and see if the attribute is there and translated correctly? If yes please do the conflict test as below: - IMPORTANT STEP! Create a backup of your website. Or better approach will be to test this on a copy/staging version of the website to avoid any disruption of a live website. If the problem persists, I'd appreciate it if you could give me the URL/User/Pass of your WordPress dashboard after you make sure that you have a backup of your website. Make sure you set the next reply as private. |

Hi there, Thank you for the staging website. Unfortunately, I am not able to test the issue with that as there is no scenario that the services page shows on a staging website when I am logged out. It shows the login screen only. What I have done was a small change on the product int he staging and made sure the translation is 100% complete and it is now working but when I am logged in staging which seems not the problem that you have in the first place. is there a way to test the issue so I can have both logged in and logged out states? Thanks. |

I disabled the admin mode for the staging site. You can now see the product on hidden link What is the change that you made? How can this be done on the live site? I had translated it multiple times on the live site. |

Hi there, It seems it working on the staging now. The only thing that I did was to go to the product edit screen in the original language. Added space at the end of the description. Click the blue update button. Clicked the Pencil icon for the translation and then clicked the complete button for the translation. Most probably the issue is related to the cache on your live website or even that admin mode feature you mentioned. Thanks. |

If I do the same at the live site it does not work yet. The price range does show the €15 option, the dropdown does not. On the edit product page in the English language I see that the €15 option is present and enabled and has same SKU. What goes wrong? The SKU has been used before in a variation, then removed, and now added again before starting thispost. Searching in phpMyAdmin for the SKU only gives the current results of the Dutch and English post number. |

Hi there, Would you please deactivate any sort of cache or maybe object cache and see if thee issue is fixed? The fact that it worked on the staging website and not working on a live website shows the issue is not related to WPML code or something but a cache issue. We can copy your website to our server for further investigation if needed. Please make sth next reply as private and provide the login information of the live website and we will copy it on our server. I tried to access the dashboard here: hidden link But it throws a 404 error. |

Hi there, Thank you for the information. I copied the website to our server and it works with no issues. I did not touch anything and as you can see all select items show both in NL and EN. You can check here: hidden link and here: hidden link The login information is the same. This shows the issue is not WPML or WooCommerce. It is your server and it has some sort of caching that causes the issue. I am not sure what it is and the best way to go forward is to ask your hosting service provider. Akso you can give them the link to our server so that they can see the exact same installation works ok on our server. Thanks. |
