This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem:
When translation is on going, I stopped and there are thousand of same pages. And I removed all pages or posts etc. Now I want to translate whole website again. But WPML cannot translate exiting pages.
So I want to translate everything again.
Solution:
Check the following guide about how you can delete translations created with WPML and remove plugin data for a fresh start.

I try to use auto translate but page frozen and when I refresh the page there is nothing. System create thousends of duplicated pages. And I try to delete all duplicate pages from the wp admin and I made it. But now I cannot start auto translate again. I have no idea what happened.

Your debug information looks fine, however, did you notice any PHP or JavaScript errors (in browser console)?
Can you please try the followings?
IMPORTANT: Take full backup of your website and database beforehand. It is highly advised to try the following on a staging/dev site first, so your live website isn't compromised.
And see if it works and/or you get any errors in debug.log file? If this works fine then perhaps there's a conflict by another plugin or theme, which you can check by switching to a standard theme (i.e. 2023) and by activating other plugins one by one, while checking for the issue.

I made it already without problem at the begining. But when translation on going, I stopped and problem coming this. After stopped there is thousend of same pages. And I remove all pages or posts etc.. Now I want to translate whole website again. But WPML cannot translate exiting pages.
So I want to translate everthing again. So I need your assist on admin page to check -> How can I uninstall WPML with translated pages I have no idea.
After remove WPML I want to start new auto translate.
Remember to take full backup of site and database before proceeding, in case, if you want to repeat the process, you would be able to restore the site to start anew.
