Hi there. I think you are referring to the "Translation Tools" tab from inside WPML > Translation Management. That tab shows up only if you activated the "Advanced Translation Editor" in WPML > Settings. Please let me know if there are still questions on this matter. Kind regards, |

Hi and welcome back! Can you please send me a screenshot of the page: WPML > Translation Management > Translation Tools? Or "Translation Tools" is totally missing from the available tabs in WPML > Translation Management? |

Hi there. Thank you. Now, things are clearer. Sorry for the delayed response but it is a pretty full queue at the moment so it can take a bit longer to get back to you. I moved the 20.000 credits back to your WPML.org account and you should see them here: Please go here (https://wpml.org/account/sites/) and remove all the keys that you created for this site. Now, generate a new key for this exact URL: Now, copy the key, go in the backend of your site > Plugins > Add new > Commercial > UNregister WPML from the old key and RE-register WPML with the new key that you generated. Go now to WPML > Translation Management > Tools, and activate the pay-as-you-go subscription type. Now, from here (https://wpml.org/account) you should be able to use the button to assign the credits to your site. Related Documentation: Issues like this where the credits get stuck can happen when you had multiple keys for the same site, or when you had WordPress or WPML installed/reinstalled/reset on the site. The steps above should fix this now 🙂 Have a lovely day! Mihai |
