paulT-50	Background of the issue: I am trying to resolve an issue on our new development site, hidden link, using WPML. We use Blocksy and have encountered a problem after a recent change. Symptoms: WPML Chat ticket is closed, and I need to share login details securely to address the issue. Questions: How can I securely share login details for troubleshooting?

paulT-50	We have created a new site hidden link which before adding the WPML plugins has the correct number of Footer elements. I would like to confirm that I can delete development.albioneco.co.uk from the "Your registered Sites" screen and add dev.albioneco.co.uk and proceed with adding they site key and plugins? Or is there a different process I should follow? Paul

paulT-50	Before installing WPML parts I had a working website mirroring live. After installing several items, I get a WPML error: WPML is missing some records in the languages tables and it cannot fully work until this issue is fixed. Please go to the Troubleshooting page and click on "Clear language information and repopulate languages" to fix this problem. This warning will disappear once this issue is fixed. I cleared languages and added Englis and Welsh - there was mention of permalinks, the error is still present I had a look at permalinks and they seemed ok, I have lost all Menu's in the Appearance/Menu screen - no drop downbut they are somewhere as tried to save one and it was "already present" Can we start by getting rid of the WPML error ?
