[Resolved] Logo Image Translate With Beaver Builder
This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem: You are working on a site under development and trying to translate a logo image using Beaver Builder. Solution: First, we removed the language file named
admin_texts_theme_mods_bb-theme-child-es_ES
from the directory
public_html/wp-content/languages/wpml
. Please check if the issue is resolved on your staging site. If the logo still appears incorrect, follow these steps: 1. Go to WP > Appearance > Customize > Header > Header logo and select the correct Spanish image. 2. Translate the logo using the string translation available at WPML String Translation.
If this solution does not apply to your case, or if it seems outdated, we highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. Should you need further assistance, please open a new support ticket at WPML support forum.
This is the technical support forum for WPML - the multilingual WordPress plugin.
Everyone can read, but only WPML clients can post here. WPML team is replying on the forum 6 days per week, 22 hours per day.
I will need to closely examine your website. Therefore, I will require temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to a test site where the problem has been replicated, if possible. This will enable me to provide better assistance and determine if any configurations need to be modified.
Please note that it is important to have a backup for security purposes and to prevent any potential data loss. You can use the UpdraftPlus plugin (https://wordpress.org/plugins/updraftplus/) to fulfill your backup requirements.
Your upcoming reply will be treated with confidentiality and will only be visible to you and me.
✙ To resolve the issue, I may need your consent to deactivate and reactivate plugins and the theme, as well as make configuration changes on the site if necessary. This emphasizes the significance of having a backup.
Thanks for your reply. The website that I'm looking at looks broken hidden link and could you please check? Also, I'm seeing the Spanish logo on the Spanish language and the English version on the English language page.
I've checked the page here hidden link and the logo is showing the translated version without issues as shown in the attached screenshot. I suspect some cache-related issue and could you please check on your end?
Can you show me how to fix the caching issue? I messaged the beaver builder technician as well and showed me where to do it but it's still not sticking. See video:
