I have created and translated a page into another language, and I need to update part of the English page. How do I synchronize the updated content (text and links) to the other language version of the page?
For example:
I need to update the download link/product parameters/picture of product a. After the editing page of the English page is updated, what should I do next?

It depends on how you are adding the default language page.
1) Since I see you are using Elementor I will assume you are adding it in that way, so you can translate via WPML editor as explained in the next docs:
2) Another way is to disable the WPML editor manually edit 2nd language page and continue to translate the page in 2nd language the same way you did in the default one.
