a) To help you faster, I've enabled debug information for this support ticket. Please see this link for how to get this information from your site and give it to us: http://wpml.org/faq/provide-debug-information-faster-support/

b) When you have added the automatic translation credits?

c) Please visit https://wpml.org/account/
and WPML>>Translation Management>>Automatic Translation tab of your site dashboard, and check whether the translation credits are showing for you or not.

d) Have you migrated the site from one server to another recently?

a) I provided it now.

b) I added it yesterday, I tried to use the automatic translation on the editor again, but it doesn't work. ("You need more automatic translation credits to translate this content. Please contact the Translation Manager of this site to ask for more credits.")

c) Yes, I can see the credits assigned to my website.

d) Yes I migrated the changes we did on the staging version to the prod version on the main domain, but I'm not sure it's related to it, cause it's still the same domain.

Thank you for the details. Please try the following steps and check if there is any difference in result. These steps will help us to refresh the current translation jobs.

1) Visit WPML>>Translation Management Dashboard
2) Choose the Posts/Pages you want to translate or update the existing translations
3) Send it to Translation Basket
4) Visit WPML>>Translation Management>>Translation Basket
5) Send it for translation, by choosing yourself as a translator
6) Visit WPML>>Translations queue and translate the page by clicking the *Translate* button

Hello,

These is the same steps I already did, these steps work well and have no issues until I'm trying to use the Translate automatically" button in the WPML translation editor, see screenshot here:

It seems like a bug... not sure why it's happened, I'm not a new user, I already used this button a lot of times a few months ago to translate automatically and it works well, but now there is an error without a real reason...

Thank you for the login information and staging site. I can reproduce the issue in your staging site and now consulting with our team for an expert opinion. We have a couple of questions.

1) When you have purchased ATE credits for the last time

2) Please visit https://wpml.org/account/ and let us know how much Automatic Translations Credits are showing in the *Credits available* section

Hello there,

I am checking over this issue, and I would suggest following the below steps:

- Go to https://wpml.org/account/sites/ and delete the current site key
- Generate a new site key and add the site key accordingly to the site
- Once added, add the site key in the site and assign credits accordingly.

I think you want to add the credits to hidden link so if the above doesn't help, can you please go to WPML->Support->Troubleshooting and send me the screenshot?
