This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client was experiencing an issue where orders created in the admin zone were defaulting to Slovak, despite the admin content being set to English. Additionally, there was a problem with sequential order numbers not being used correctly, with the first number being skipped.
Solution:
We recommended updating all outdated plugins and the WordPress core. After these updates, we asked the client to verify if the issue was resolved on a Sandbox site. We also ensured that the language information was correctly added to the orders. If you're experiencing this issue, we recommend checking for any outdated plugins or WordPress core updates and ensuring that your WPML and WooCommerce installations are up to date. For further guidance, you can refer to this documentation.

Please note that this solution might be irrelevant if it's outdated or not applicable to your case. We highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If the issue persists, please open a new support ticket.

Background of the issue:
I am trying to create orders in the admin zone in the correct language. We have two languages, Slovak and English. When I have the admin content set to English and try to create a new order, it still creates the order in Slovak. This issue occurs across multiple websites. We use sequential numbers for orders, and the first order is created in Slovak with number 0001. When I try to create an order in English, it reloads the page and creates an order with number 0002, leaving 0001 unused. I am sending a video link with the problem: hidden link. The issue can be seen on this page: hidden link

Symptoms:
Orders are being created in the Slovak language instead of English when the admin content is set to English. The sequential order numbers are not being used correctly, with the first number being skipped.

Questions:
Can you set the plugin to create new orders in the language chosen in the admin zone instead of the default language of website?

Hello,
My name is Carlos and I will continue working on this ticket.

After updating all outdated plugins and WordPress core, I can see that creating an order doesn't present any error. I kindly ask you to double-check if the issue disappeared in the Sandbox site: hidden link

Note: the order number increases by default in any language every time you try to create one, this is a Woocommerce behavior. And I added the language information to the order as described in this message: https://wpml.org/forums/topic/when-manually-changing-the-order-language-no-products-can-be-added/

Looking forward to your message.
