I have installed the mega menu on my website and parts of the translations do not translate well and the footer does not translate well either.

Hello!

I'll try to help you get started while a supporter takes your case.

A mega menu is typically created under appearance > Menus, and require a manual translation as opposed to the automatic sync of the menu elements.

I'd suggest that you try to translate the menu manually and see if things improve. you can follow this guide to do so: https://wpml.org/documentation/getting-started-guide/translating-menus/#option-2-translating-menus-manually

If that's not the case and the mega menu is created in another way, then please give us more details about how it works so we can better understand how to continue.
