This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem:
The client has migrated their site to uae.revent.store and is now unable to translate additional content on the original site ai.revent.store using WPML.
Solution:
We have resolved the issue with the prompt boxes, and now a new option is available if the customer needs to change the initial prompt. For more information click here
