When I go to WPML/Translations I receive a error message "Jobs could not be loaded"
I tried this and still got this message:

Plugin Conflicts: Deactivate non-WPML plugins one by one to find conflicts.
Re-register WPML: Go to WPML > Plugins > Commercial to unregister and re-register the site with a new key.
Troubleshooting Tool: Go to WPML > Support > Troubleshooting and run the following:
Clear cache in WPML.
Remove ghost entries from translation tables.
Fix element_type collation.
Fix post type assignment.

I tried to run database and look for icl_translation_status for stuck jobs bat all status value is 9.

before your ticket is assigned to one of my colleagues, please allow me to walk you through some initial debugging steps. This will help speed up the support process.

Do you have a staging site where we can take a look? I would eventually also need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to your site
– preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible –
in order to be of better help and check if some configurations might need to be changed

Your next answer will be private which means only you and I have access to it.

❌ Please backup your database and website ❌

✙ I would additionally need your permission to de-activate and re-activate Plugins and the Theme, and to change configurations on the site. This is also a reason the backup is really important.

✙ Please add the Links to the […] Edit Screen, the Page/Post where you insert the […] and the corresponding Front End Page/Screen

Once WPML plugin works well, I only need to use a french logo (YBG_FR_Logo_White) instead of the english one for all French page.

Thank you for sharing the credentials requested! I fixed an issue in the languages table of the database, and now the translations are loading correctly.

Can you confirm that the issue was solved?

Please register the site with a new registration key in hidden link and double-check if the issue has disappeared.

Hi,

Please follow these steps:
1. Log in to your WPML account and go to the Sites page: https://wpml.org/account/sites/
2. Delete the existing site key
3. Create a new subscription key for your site
4. Visit your Site Dashboard and navigate to Plugins >> Add New >> Commercial tab: hidden link
5. Click on the “Unregister WPML from this site” link
6. Register with the new site key and refresh the page

That will register the site under a new registration key. No translation will be affected.

Can you elaborate on why you can't delete the registration key on this site?
