When I go to WPML/Translations I receive a error message "Jobs could not be loaded"

Plugin Conflicts: Deactivate non-WPML plugins one by one to find conflicts.
Re-register WPML: Go to WPML > Plugins > Commercial to unregister and re-register the site with a new key.
Troubleshooting Tool: Go to WPML > Support > Troubleshooting and run the following:
Clear cache in WPML.
Remove ghost entries from translation tables.
Fix element_type collation.
Fix post type assignment.

Thank you for sharing the credentials requested! I fixed an issue in the languages table of the database, and now the translations are loading correctly.
Please follow these steps:
1. Log in to your WPML account and go to the Sites page: https://wpml.org/account/sites/
2. Delete the existing site key
3. Create a new subscription key for your site
4. Visit your Site Dashboard and navigate to Plugins >> Add New >> Commercial tab: hidden link
5. Click on the “Unregister WPML from this site” link
6. Register with the new site key and refresh the page
That will register the site under a new registration key. No translation will be affected.
