I have a link to pdf files on my website. I created the slovak and english version of the file.
You can check the link:
Slovak (default): hidden link
English (translation): hidden link
I have uploaded the translated version of the files via media translation. I attached the screenshots.
When I go to the website in English - I can see still the link to the original (slovak) version of the file.
I tried also to manually force the translation of the page - not it has not helped.
Any idea what can be wrong?

If you need access to the website, I can provide it, please, make a request so I can enter the login data.

As you can see there is still the link to the original file (not translated one)

Hello,
Thank you for contacting WPML support team,
Can you please confirm that you tried translating PDF link as explained in here:
https://wpml.org/announcements/2020/02/translating-links-with-advanced-translation-editor/
Also, please give me a step-by-step process on how you are adding the original PDF links.
Best regards,

Hi,
for the documents, I did it the way you can see in my video:
hidden link
I used the Media Translation page to add the other language file.
As you can see in the video - there is no link to the file which shall be translated.

Hello,
Thank you for sharing this video,
I have noticed that you translated your links differently, could you please follow this approach instead :
https://wpml.org/announcements/2020/02/translating-links-with-advanced-translation-editor/
Let’s try something different and don’t use the WPML media translation addon, but rather translate your URLs directly from the advanced translation editor (ATE).
You can follow this documentation to learn how to enable ATE :
https://wpml.org/documentation/translating-your-contents/advanced-translation-editor/#activating-the-advanced-translation-editor
Best regards,
