This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
You are experiencing an issue where the translation process for your home page is stuck. It indicates 'less than a minute' and queues all files, but no translations are being updated, and this has persisted for weeks.
Solution:

1. Identified affected jobs by running the following SQL query:
```sql
SELECT `job_id`, `editor_job_id`, `ate_sync_count`
FROM `wp_icl_translate_job`
WHERE `editor` = 'ate' AND `automatic` = '1' AND `translated` = '0'
ORDER BY `ate_sync_count` DESC
LIMIT 50;
```
2. Observed the `ate_sync_count` column incrementing upon refreshing the admin page, confirming the issue.
3. Resolved the issue by setting the `automatic` field of these high-count jobs to `0`, allowing them to progress correctly.

If the issue persists, it might be helpful to clear any stuck processes in the translation management queue. Additionally, reviewing the debug report you attached could provide insights into what might be causing the translation to halt.

Background of the issue:
I am trying to retranslate my home page to update all other languages with design changes I recently made. The process usually takes a few minutes, but now it is stuck for weeks. I have attached the debug report in the 'expected to see' field. Link to a page where the issue can be seen: hidden link

Symptoms:
The translation process says 'less than a minute' and puts all files in the queue, but nothing is being translated. It has been stuck for weeks.

Questions:
Why is the translation process stuck for weeks?
How can I resolve the issue of translations not being updated?

no i dont have any messages about payment, it just staying in the queue saying it will be finish in less a minute

I tried would a troubleshooting function which should cancel these translation jobs, however it hasn't worked.

I am checking this with our 2nd tier and will keep you posted.

Can you install https://wordpress.org/plugins/pexlechris-adminer/?

We would like to check something in database, the wp_icl_translation_status table -> review_status.

ok the loading bug has disappear, now about other issue i mentioned to you yesterday:

when user switch language and then want to go to my account or member access which should take him to the universal login page then from different language it does not take him there. can you please as requested cancel all translation for all pages and menu except for homepage ( i dont know where al those are stored ), in order when people click on the menu url stay the same and not getting some translated url.

i dont know why but when i am logged in i dont have the issue , when i am log out and change language and try to access my account or login page it change the url and not getting me access to the required page

If I open hidden link I see that is shows correct French content, so this would work for the site visitors, or?

The page is not available for non-logged users because it is not published:

What if you publish this (and other) such pages, would that work? I think it would be a better user experience.

Well even this i dont know from to publish those pages. I really prefer to keep only original english pages version to avoid any confusions. Also my website is super heavy with all those translated pages.

Can you please try the following:

1. To publish translations, click the "Publish" button when viewing any translation you want to make live.

2. If you need to delete any translations:
- Go to [this page](hidden link), select the language of the pages you want to delete, and remove any unnecessary page translations. Make sure to clear them from the trash as well.

3. To prevent automatic re-creation of deleted translations:
- Go to [Translation Management Settings](hidden link) and disable automatic translation for Pages. This will ensure that updating an original page won’t trigger the re-creation of deleted translations.

hello, ok it helped and i made the required changes. however i still have on private page of my courses: hidden link that wpml did not translate ( before it was but now all text are staying in english ).

also i need to get this page texts translated in french but all the media videos that are on the page should not be changed by the translation, i went ot setting and tried to set that when i active a translation it does not change the media video file however i am not sur e if what i have setted is for image or video player.

so to resume:

1. i need to have clear settings that saying when i lunch a transaltion for my home page that pictures and video player to be also copied to the new translated page but for my private access video courses when i active translation i dont want it change any video player ( because for each page i have manually added video player for each different lamgauges ).

2. if you can help for the page hidden link to get the text translated to french ( without changing the media player content )

If I check hidden link, it seems like that videos are the same, or? Is this not what you are trying to achieve?

the thumbmail is the same but the video file ( if you check the video vimeo link ) is different. i read your article and yes this what i do to manually makes changes. but still i have the issue i am not getting the page hidden link translated in french, text are still in english
