ACF & WPML, lots of languages/translations - icl_sitepress_settings table too huge

marioB-40	We have been building the site: hidden link using ACF & WPML, it's a bit site with lots of languages/translations. The backend is now a bit slow, and our hosting provider support has recommended changing to not autoload some of the wp_options records. It looks like some of the biggest are WPML related, like icl_sitepress_settings or _transient_menu_term_id9 -- could we set the autoload to not for some of these?
