[Resolved] ELEMENTOR HEADER CHANGES ARE TRANSLATED BUT DO NOT SHOW UP

Let's try to do the following:
- Make a minor change to the original Header
- Update it's translation, making sure to complete them

If you can also provide screenshots of the translation pages that would help me understand the issue.

Finally, from the debug information you supplied I can see that your MySQL version is lower than WPML's minimum requirement of 5.6. I strongly recommend you reach out to your provider and ask him to upgrade this to 5.6+.

It may be an inaccuracy, although that is unlikely.
This is something that you provider should take care of, not you, I am sure that if you ask him "Please upgrade my MySQL server to 5.6+", he will understand.

I searched for that (Header home (with lang switch)) template in the WPML -> Translation Management tab, and the translations were not complete.
To make sure that it works correctly, I finished the French translation, and the header is now correct.

Please take a look at the screenshot and the French page, and update me if something is still missing.

Let's go one by one:
- The "LIST YOUR STORE FR" is just the value I used, to make sure that the header translated correctly. You can send the header template to translation again and update that value. Screenshot attached - 1.png
- The items in the menu that are links to pages - those are the titles of the pages. For example, the "Contact" page title is the same in French, so the menu will also be "Contact". If you updated the title of the French page that would change
- The items that are custom links, those can be translated from the WPML -> String Translation tab. However, please use the WPML -> WP Menus Sync in order to translate menus, as that handles all the menu creation and item creation for you

The issue seems to occur only when signed in. I will try to see why this is happening, perhaps something related to caching.
