Problem:
You are trying to activate the 'OTGS Installer' plugin but even after clearing caches and reinstalling, the plugin appears to activate but does not actually activate.
Solution:
If you have already installed and configured WPML, it is not possible to activate the OTGS Installer due to a known UX issue that we are currently addressing. If you need to install additional WPML addons, you can download them from https://wpml.org/account/downloads/ or add them through Plugins -> Add New -> Commercial.
