This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem: The client is experiencing an issue where sub-taxonomies are not displaying in an Elementor widget. This widget is part of the Havezic theme, which has not been tested or made compatible with WPML. Solution: We recommend contacting the theme author to request adjustments in the code to correctly fetch translated taxonomies. If the theme author is willing to make their theme compatible with WPML, they can join our GoGlobal program. We are ready to collaborate and provide assistance once the theme author agrees to work with us.
If this solution does not apply to your case, or if it seems outdated, please check our related known issues, verify the version of the permanent fix, and confirm that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. We highly recommend opening a new support ticket if further assistance is needed. You can do so at our support forum.

Sorry i forget to ask you about all sub taxonomy is not showing in the Elementor widget,
In this screenshot i have attached, you can see that the taxonomy ( Packages By Destination ) is displaying but the sub taxonomy not showing up.
There is product translated tours for all the sub taxonomy of ( Packages By Destination )
since you are using a theme that is not officially compatible, nor tested by us some issues may happen.
I can take a look, but in the end if it needs author collaboration you would need to contact them and ask to collaborate and join our program via nthe ext link:
I can take a look and try to help, please go to the next link set up WPML and your theme, and a few dummy tags and sub tags and create page with the same element widget, just a simple example of the issue so I can see and debugg it:
Hi, i can access the link but why you want me make an example from scratch, there is already a website have issue and you can check,
Why i need to install my theme and plugins and create all to make it same ?
I need to check it on the new website, so I can confirm this is a bug and try to help and find a workaround since this is not an officially compatible plugin/theme and we might not be able to help further here and you would need to contact the author and invite them to compatibility program or use official compatible plugins/themes.
This is a way for me to try and help you, before concluding that the author needs to collaborate with our team in making it compatible.
Hello. i have set up WPML and theme, and a few dummy tags and sub tags and create page with the same element widget, just a simple example of the issue so you can see and debugg it:
hidden link
this page is translated to Czech, all sub taxonomy is translated and tours,
thanks, I have checked and I can see this is an extra widget function added by the theme Havezic. I am afraid we are not aware of this theme, nor was tested by us nor can we adjust their theme code.
Please report this to the theme author, as they will need to adjust the code to fetch the correct translated taxonomies, and if they need our help and wish to become WPML compatible, they can join our GoGlobal program:
Hi, its getting hard every time you answer, dear can you please give me a simple answer, it will be fixed or not??
since you split my ticket i'm loosed between answers, i have never had hard support like that,
if its not working please refund, i can't lose more time making exams,
i have use WPML more then 8 years ago and i have contact your support many time for many different website, but this is the first time i see that you are trying to make me stop using WPML.
as I have informed you, there is not much we do here since the code is added from the theme that is not officially compatible with WPML. You need to follow my suggestion and report this to the theme author and if they need our help they can join our program and we will be glad to help them.
I am afraid we can not debug and adjust the code from themes that are not officially compatible or are not collaborating with WPML, I have tried my best to check for a solution but where not able to find it.
As per our support policy please check with the theme author and if they are willing to collaborate we can work together and advise them on this issue.
This needs both sides and hope you will understand, not much we can do on our own in this case.
i have contacted the theme author and that was the answer,
Dear mate,
It is possible that this is an issue with the Three Booking plugin conflicting with WPML. We will contact the plugin author or you can contact them here.
