Hello,
Our apologies for the delay in answering, as we are handling a high demand for support requests. One of my colleagues will assist you shortly on this matter.
Please take note that the Brizy Plugin is not compatible with the WPML Translation Editor and you can only create translations manually with the WordPress Editor editing directly in Brizy.:
In the meantime, please also revise WPML > Support inside the sections PHP and WordPress, as it could be that your Site does not have enough WP MEMORY LIMIT assigned in order to perform as expected.
In order to help you faster, I've enabled a private message for submitting the debug information for this support ticket. Please see this link for how to get this information from your site and give it to us: http://wpml.org/faq/provide-debug-information-faster-support/
Make sure to only use the private reply form in order to provide this information. Please do not paste the debug information directly into a comment on this ticket.
Please bear with us, not every plugin or theme on the internet is compatible with the feature Automatic Translation of WPML to translate content on your site. I recommend using a compatible page builder to create content on your site and translate it automatically with WPML such as Elementor.
You can find other compatible plugins here https://wpml.org/plugin/
I hope I was helpful. Don't hesitate to ask if you find any problem along the way, I'll gladly help you.
