I've checked your request, and there is an option to leave notes to translators, which they will see on ATE.
When sending a job for translation on the Translation Management dashboard, you can add a note to the job. Please see the attached screenshot add-note.jpg. Then the translators will see this note on ATE. Please see the attached screenshot note-on-ate.jpg.

We are aware of that option. We would like to have an option where translators can add notes for other translators at any time and not only the manager when sending the job for translation. Any way to do that? The aim is to avoid the use of other platforms for quick translators´communication
Currently, we have no such option. I'm consulting our second-tier supporters about whether we can submit it as a feature request. I'll update you here once I have their reply.
I want to inform you that our developers have decided not to implement this feature request. Since specific translation jobs are assigned to particular translators, they don't see any point in adding comments to a specific translation job.
