This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client was trying to use a different logo for their Dutch website, but the German logo was still displaying.

Solution:
We requested temporary access to the client's site to investigate the issue. After receiving the necessary information, we located the image by its media ID. We then navigated to WPML > String Translation and followed the procedure for translating admin text strings, which can be found in our documentation here: https://wpml.org/documentation/getting-started-guide/string-translation/finding-strings-that-dont-appear-on-the-string-translation-page/. This resolved the issue, and the correct logo now displays on the Dutch version of the site.

Tell us what you are trying to do?
I'm trying to use a different logo for my Dutch website. But the German is still there.

Is there any documentation that you are following?

Hi there.

I would like to request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to your site to take a better look at the issue. You will find the needed fields for this below the comment area when you log in to leave your next reply. The information you will enter is private which means only you and I can see and have access to it.

Our Debugging Procedures

I will be checking various settings in the backend to see if the issue can be resolved. Although I won't be making changes that affect the live site, it is still good practice to backup the site before providing us access. In the event that we do need to debug the site further, I will duplicate the site and work in a separate, local development environment to avoid affecting the live site.

Privacy and Security Policy

We have strict policies regarding privacy and access to your information. Please see:
https://wpml.org/purchase/support-policy/privacy-and-security-when-providing-debug-information-for-support/

**IMPORTANT**

- Please make a backup of the site files and database before providing us access.

- If you do not see the wp-admin/FTP fields this means your post & website login details will be made PUBLIC. DO NOT post your website details unless you see the required wp-admin/FTP fields. If you do not, please ask me to enable the private box.

The private box looks like this: hidden link

I will be waiting for your response.

Kind regards,
Mihai Apetrei

Thank you.

Can you also please let me know which is the Dutch logo or where can I find it on your site's media area? Because I am seeing just the logo that's being used currently.

Please let me know.

In regards to the "About me" widget, Per our Support Policy, we can handle only one issue per ticket.

Continuing with one issue per ticket helps not only supporters to focus on one issue at once, but also enables other users to find solutions to their questions faster.

I created a new ticket for you regarding the new issue here:
https://wpml.org/forums/topic/split-help-me-translate-the-about-me-widget/

You will be notified via email when there's an answer to that ticket, too.

Hi Mihai,

Thank you. I'll upload an image of my media and wrote in red which logo is the German and which the Dutch one.

Thank you very much!

Hi there.

I was able to find the image by the media ID as you will see in the screenshots.

I had to go to WPML > String Translation and follow the procedure below because these were admin text strings.

This should be the normal process to find and translate admin text strings:
https://wpml.org/documentation/getting-started-guide/string-translation/finding-strings-that-dont-appear-on-the-string-translation-page/

Now, the correct logo shows on NL, too. 🙂
