Problem:
The client is using an older Lifetime account type that does not include translation credits and is seeking information on how to obtain translation credits as shown on the WPML pricing page.
Solution:
We recommend switching to our Pay-as-you-go subscription or purchasing a pack of prepaid credits. The Pay-as-you-go option allows the client to purchase credits directly from within the site as needed, providing full control over the purchasing process.
