Okay, so the layout issue seems to be related to header/footer being stuck. I went there and resaved these two translations and it's working again, but it's still showing as in progress. |

Hi there, Thanks for your reply. I apologize for the delay in response. All translation jobs can be seen here hidden link . So if a translation got stuck in "In Progress" or not working, you can cancel the translation and re-translate it. Please give this a try and let me know how it goes. Thanks! Kor |

But I can't complete the translation. These pages ALWAYS get stuck in progress. I can cancel, retake, etc. but if I try again, it saves, but stay "in progress" and the update doesn't go to production. |

Or can we have your permission to create a snapshot on our own? We usually recommend the free Plugin “Duplicator” for this purpose. If you already know how Duplicator works ( https://wordpress.org/plugins/duplicator/),please skip the following steps and just send me the archive file you downloaded. ★ Duplicator Instructions hidden link https://wpml.org/faq/provide-supporters-copy-site/ If the file is too large (more than 400M), please use the Duplicator file filters to remove the cache, the wp-uploads directory, the media, and the archive files. Send me the link to the archive file (you probably want to use Google Drive, Dropbox, or similar services, as the snapshot file will be quite big). Your next reply will be private, which means that only you and I will be able to see it and have access to it. You can paste the link to the file there. Once the problem is resolved I will delete the local site. Thanks! Kor |

Thanks for your reply. I apologize for the delays. I can't seem to complete the duplicate and I think it's caused by your server's limited resources. Are you able to clone the site to another staging site so that I could troubleshoot this further for you? |

Thanks for your reply. I've deactivated most of the 3rd party plugins and the translations worked fine now. hidden link I believe this is caused by a 3rd party plugin and could you please try activating each one at a time to see which one is causing the issue you had there? |
