This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
If you're experiencing issues with WPML producing a zero amount invoice every month when not used, which is problematic for Italian administration as it requires registering even these invoices.
Solution:
We recommend stopping the Pay-as-you-go subscription and renewing it only when needed. To do this, navigate to WPML → Translation Management and click on the Tools tab. In the Pay-as-you-go account details section, click the Stop using Pay-as-you-go link. You will receive a final bill for any credits used since your last invoice. For more details, you can read about it here: How to stop paying as you go.

Please note that this solution might be irrelevant if it's outdated or not applicable to your case. We highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. It is impossible to update data on invoices that have already been issued.
Are you referring to the following two orders?
ATE-1024791
ATE-1059165
If you need it, we can add an address and company name.
If so, please give me those details, and we'll add them.

Invoices ATE-1059165 and ATE-1024791 are ready to download with the updated company details. You should now be able to download the updated invoices on your site by going to WPML → Translation Management → Tools.

thank you for you help, i have another related question.

I noticed that wpml produce invouce every month, of 0, when not used.

For the italian administration this is a problemi since we are forced to register even this invoice, how do we stop wpml from producing invoices when not used?

Our system produces those 0 EUR invoices by default. I assume we need it for our purposes. I'm asking our second-tier supporter whether there is anything we can do about it. I'll update you here once I have a reply.

Please note that my weekend is Friday-Saturday, and I'll be able to continue to check this issue and help you on Sunday.

I understand you need it but i also think there should be a way to block it since we don,t necessarly want to be invoiced every month without consent.

Hi,

Our second-tier supporter, our expert on such matters, explains that registering for our Pay-as-you-go automatic translation option is a subscription. According to European Union law, we must create invoices even if they are of zero amount. So, you can say that we are "stuck" on the other end of this bureaucratic procedure.

To avoid this, we suggest you stop the Pay-as-you-go subscription and renew it only when needed. To do that, go to WPML → Translation Management and click the Tools tab. In the Pay-as-you-go account details section, click the Stop using Pay-as-you-go link. You’ll receive a final bill for any credits you have used since your last invoice. You can read about it here.
