[Resolved] 500 Internal Server Error on English side of my website
This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem: The client was experiencing a 500 internal server error on the English version of their website. Solution: 1. We recommended ensuring that the client is using the latest versions of their theme and plugins. 2. We advised the client to re-save Permalinks by navigating to Settings >> Permalinks and clicking the Save Changes button. 3. We suggested clearing all types of cache from the site/server to see if the issue would be resolved. 4. Thanks for trying the above steps. To take a closer look at this issue, please provide temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP Login info) to your site (preferably staging site), so that I can look into your setup and debug the issue.

✙ I would additionally need your permission to deactivate and reactivate Plugins and the Theme and to change configurations on the site. This is also a reason the backup is really important.
Actually I disable the english language on menu but the plugin is still active.
I need an email to create an user, can I use something like info@wpml.org?
Regarding the issue I think is something on the connection from italian to english contents, cause the issue appear when I call any contents on english version. In my opinion you need only the WP credentials, but I give you the last words.
