How to remove credits from deleted staging site?

I see just this one registered in our database in the ATE section: hidden link Is this the one you are referring to? If this is not the one, then you need to go to your backend (hidden link) > WPML > Translation Management > Automatic Translation > and enable the pay-as-you-go option so that I can see that one in the ATE records. Egils Grikis	Thank you Mihai! …loopiadns.com site is old and deleted long time ago. If there are some credits left, it would be great to get them back in use. I enabled the pay-as-you-go options for the hidden link and hidden link I would like to move all my credits (10000) from hidden link to hidden link …loopiadns.com site is old and deleted long time ago. If there are some credits left, it would be great to get them back in use. You can transfer them to the hidden link too If I am using the pay-as-you-go options on any page (both hidden link and hidden link) will the Prepaid Credits will be available too? Thank you! Egils

I also confirm that I moved the 10k credits to the new domain you mentioned. Prepaid credits can be assigned to whatever site you need to use them on - we have some very helpful documentation here: https://wpml.org/documentation/automatic-translation/how-to-assign-automatic-translation-credits-to-your-sites I hope that you will find this information helpful 🙂 Mihai

Egils Grikis	Thank you Mihai! Still few questions. Why I can not see hidden link in the WPML.org site Sites Using Prepaid Credits? It has 10000 Credits, correct? Can you also delete from WPML database this deleted staging site hidden link? Cheers, Egils

They were manually assigned by me (you can't see them there because I had to move them from a deleted staging site) so you will see them in the WordPress backend (wp-admin) instead if you go to WPML > Translation Management > Automatic Translation > top-left area of the screen. 2. You can remove that domain from under your WPML.org account - we can't do that instead of the customer that has control over their WPML.org account I hope that you will find this information helpful 🙂 Mihai
