Problem:
The client is unable to renew their WPML license due to an error message stating "Unable to parse data from service response."
Solution:
We recommended the client to try the workaround suggested in the following tickets after ensuring a site backup:

If the solution provided is not relevant due to being outdated or not applicable to the client's case, we suggest opening a new support ticket.
