This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem:
The client created a pattern and added it to the theme folder, but after following the instructions and adding it via XML code, the pattern was not available for translation.
Solution:
1. We recommended the client to take a copy of their pattern file code.
2. We instructed them to replace the original code with the new code provided in our response. https://pastebin.com/CYa6V8cZ
3. After replacing the code, we advised the client to navigate to WPML-> Theme and Plugin Localization, select their theme, and scan it for strings.
4. Finally, we suggested searching for the pattern strings in WPML-> String Translation using the provided link. https://ile.ua/wp-admin/admin.php?page=wpml-string-translation%2Fmenu%2Fstring-translation.php&context=wpml-fix
