Hello,

in order to confirm this is related to WPML can you please follow the next steps:

- Create a test staging site
- Disable WPML there and make sure SEK is still your default currency
- Check if the issue still happens.

Let us know how it goes.

Regards.
Drazen

Hi again,

WE have also changed the staging site, so I wonder if I can update that with the wpml link, as I see Staging.13 is the one that is linked to wpml, but now we have moved to Staging.14

thanks for your help,

Hi,

The sale went off and the prices did not change, so we need to investigte this further.
What I asked in my previous reply was that - We where using staging.13 before and wpml was linked to that to recieve updates, but have moved to an updated staging version .14 since wpml is linked to staginging.13 is it possible to transfer the staging to the new version to recieve updates .
Thank you,
I will return with login and ftp to staging.14

Hi there,

Yes, you can register this new staging site at https://wpml.org/account/ and/or you can share the translation credits (if applies) following the steps described in this link: https://wpml.org/documentation/automatic-translation/automatic-translation-subscription-for-multiple-sites/#:~:text=You%20can%20find%20the%20migration,and%20clicking%20the%20Tools%20tab.&text=Then%2C%20enter%20this%20code%20on,Expand%20the%20Connected%20Sites%20section.

Please let me know if you need further assistance with this subject.

Hi,
I tested to deactivate Wpml and run a sale for some different products, both variable and single. After the sale finished automatically at 00.00 the prices did not change. therefore we need to ask wpml support to investigate this issue further.

I have prepared user login to the stagins site

Hi there,
Thank you for your feedback

Please follow these steps in the staging site and let me know the results:
- Create a full backup of the site
- Update any outdated plugins and themes
- Flush the cache memory
- Deactivate all plugins, including the WPML ones
- Activate a default WordPress theme, like Twenty Twenty
- Activate the WPML plugins, Woocommerce, Woocommerce and Multilingual & Multicurrency
- Create a new product on sale and check if the issue disappeared
- If the issue disappears, start by activating the theme and then the rest of the plugins, one by one, until the issue appears again and you find the culprit.

The steps above will help us determine if the cause of the issue is one of the WPML plugins or a third-party functionality.

Looking forward to your message.
