Le client ne peut pas utiliser ses 80 000 crédits de traduction sur son site, car le plugin WPML indique qu'il n'a pas assez de crédits.
Solution :
1. Assurez-vous que les crédits de traduction sont correctement assignés à votre site en suivant ce tutoriel : Comment attribuer des crédits de traduction automatique à vos sites.
2. Si les crédits semblent toujours non disponibles, essayez de réenregistrer votre site :
- Allez sur la page de votre compte (https://wpml.org/account/sites/)
- Supprimez la clé du site
- Dans l'administration de WordPress, allez dans Plugins -> Ajouter un nouveau -> Onglet commercial
- Cliquez sur « Désinscrire WPML de ce site ».
- Cliquez sur « Enregistrer WPML ».
- Cliquez sur « Get a key for this site ».
- Enregistrez le site et entrez la nouvelle clé.
