Is there an option int he WPML Troublshooting section that will refresh posts with proper _wpml_media_has_media option?

Please let me know if running the media sync or the cleanup steps in WPML -> Support resolve the issue for you. Thanks!

Neither running the sync for media to duplicate to other language from WPML > Settings > Media Translation or running the Language Setup Info from Troubelshooting resolved the issues. Any other ideas outside of manually updating 1800 posts?

Did you set your test site in minimal settings (only WPML with a default theme) and run all the steps in the Clean Up section of the troubleshooting section? If not, please try that.

Do you have the Media Translation add on installed? If so, does it make any difference if you deactivate that add on?
